Lei is responsible for fraud risk strategy for consumer business at Goldman Sachs. Prior to joining Goldman Sachs, Lei worked at American Express for over 20 years, where she had increasing responsibilities for credit risk, fraud risk and marketing analytics across consumer, commercial and merchant businesses. She also led the Executive Women's Interest Network at American Express.
